Join us for a practical, physiotherapist-led evening designed specifically for climbers.

The Climb Stronger Workshop will help you understand your body, reduce your risk of injury, and improve your climbing performance.

Led by the expert team from Quay Kinetics Physio, you’ll get hands-on testing, live demos, and practical strategies to take into your training and climbing this winter.

Across three hours, you’ll learn how to identify weak links, improve performance, and build resilience in the muscles and joints climbers rely on most.

🧠 You’ll experience:
• Live demos and interactive testing using the Tindeq Progressor
• Practical strength and mobility drills
• Tips to bulletproof fingers, shoulders, and lower body
• Expert guidance from specialist physiotherapists

You’ll also gain insight into the most common climbing injuries — their causes, prevention techniques, and how to warm up and recover effectively.
