How do I book onto a Workshop?

We have an easy online booking system that you can access here. If you’d prefer to speak with us then please feel free to contact via the email or form or give us a call!

Can you provide more details about the format of your workshops, such as the duration, group size, and the level of interaction involved?

The workshops vary slightly in length but generally run for 2-3hrs. The size also varies depending on topic form 10-20 people. We make it a relaxed, informal and fun workshop so feel free to interact as much or as little as feels comfortable for you.

Are the workshops suitable for all fitness levels and ages, or are they tailored to specific demographics, such as athletes, beginners, or individuals with certain health conditions?

We are inclusive of all ages and fitness levels and can tailor the workshop to any demographic to ensure you get the most out of the session specific to your needs.

Where are you based?

Our treatment room is inside The Quay Climbing Centre. We are situated on the 1st Floor. The Quay Climbing Centre, Haven Road, Haven Banks, Exeter, EX2 8AX.

There is ample parking either on-street in Haven Road, or in the private car park next to the Ten Pin Bowling, or there is a council car park next to the Climbing Centre just off Michael Browning Way. You can see the various car parking via this link.

Can you provide workshops in different locations and venues?

Yes. Get in touch if you’d like us to host a workshop at a venue of your choice.

Can I use my Health Insurance?

We are happy to provide you with a full receipt for you to take back to your insurer to claim payment back from them, however we do not invoice insurers directly on your behalf. We recommend that you liaise with your insurers stating that we are your 'preferred Physio provider' and then proceed to claim back from them, as we require payment upfront. If in doubt please speak to your insurance company.
