Pilates in Exeter

Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of about 500 exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. We run small, relaxed and friendly classes on a Tuesday. You will get the attention you deserve in these small classes and will leave feeling, lengthened, stronger and oh so relaxed!

We have pivoted to running our Pilates classes online via Zoom, which are working brilliantly!
All the benefits of Pilates but in the comfort of your own home. Our classes are mixed ability, mat based sessions and are suitable for any level, from complete beginner to advanced.
Sarah will adapt the exercises to suit you! Sarah is also pre and post natal Pilates trained so we can welcome you into our classes if you are pregnant, or want to rehab following the birth of your bundle of joy! Just let us know when you book so we can tailor the session to you.
